NNREPAIR LCA (Light Curing Acrylic) is a high-performance, non-toxic, and odorless repair solution designed for natural and engineered stone, ceramics, and porcelain surfaces.
Utilizing advanced nano-acrylic technology, it cures rapidly under specific LED light wavelengths (450-470nm), creating a permanent, durable bond that mimics the natural properties of the substrate. Surface Prep
Ensure the damaged area is completely clean, dry, and free of oil, grease, or wax. Use an alcohol-based cleaner if necessary to remove all residues.
Remove any loose particles from the chip or crack. A stable base is essential for a long-lasting repair.
Ensure the area is perfectly dry before application. Moisture can inhibit the curing process.
Application
Color Matching
Select the appropriate color from the kit. Mix colors if necessary to achieve the perfect match. Check color against the surface before curing.
Fill
Apply the material slightly overfilling the defect (meniscus effect) to account for minimal shrinkage and leveling.
Cure
Apply the leveling sheet over the material. Cure with the blue light LED for 10-30 seconds depending on depth.
Finish
Remove the sheet. Sand with provided abrasive papers to level the surface, then polish for a high gloss finish.

Color Stability
Resistant to UV yellowing; maintains color match over time, even in areas with significant sunlight exposure.
Storage
Store in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight. Shelf life is approximately 2 years when stored properly at room temperature (20-25°C). Keep caps tightly closed when not in use.
Safety
Avoid contact with eyes and skin. In case of contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water. Use in well-ventilated areas.
